Terms of Service

RiftCut is provided as a personal automation tool for processing and uploading media selected by the user.

User responsibility

The user is responsible for ensuring that uploaded videos, music, images, titles, and other content comply with applicable law, copyright rules, Riot Games policies, and YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Google and YouTube

Use of YouTube through RiftCut is also subject to Google's and YouTube's applicable terms and policies. RiftCut does not bypass YouTube upload limits, review requirements, or platform enforcement.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, stop, or require reauthorization when Google, YouTube, macOS, Discord, or other dependencies change.

Termination

The user may stop using RiftCut at any time and may revoke Google OAuth access from the Google Account permissions page.
